Aurum Lodge is a unique eco-tourism accommodation facility, which was planned, built and is operated with minimal environmental impact. Within three years of opening, they have obtained several environmental ratings and awards.
Aurum Lodge is a wilderness retreat for nature lovers, who wish to unwind in a pristine setting or engage in low-impact outdoor activities in the region.
Aurum Lodge offers two distinctly separate products: (i) The Lodge with six different guestrooms - all with private baths - and a choice of bed and breakfast or a half-board arrangement; and (ii) Three self-contained units for guests who look after themselves and like to prepare their own meals. These have fully equipped kitchen, private bath w. shower, woodstoves, patio and are fully winterized.
