Description:
Be involved in each area of the Housekeeping Department, will report directly to Head Housekeeper and receive daily tasks from them. Restaurant Server

Description:
Will work as part of the team in Buglers, serving the Restaurant, Lounge and Private Banquets in the Conference Facilities.
Must be over 18yrs old, able to work in a fast paced environment, handle cash and other transactions, make change, and above all have excellent customer service skills.
Full or Part Time, Days, Evening and Weekend Shifts available.
Line Cook

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year cooking experience preferable.
Description:
Will assist the Executive Chef in preparation of meals for the Dining Room, Lounge and Private Functions. Will Supervise in Executive Chef's absence. Must be able to pick up new recipes quickly and be able to execute timely preparation of meals in a fast paced environment. Breakfast, Lunches and Dinner served in restaurant and lounge, must be available to work any of those shifts on a rotating schedule. Food Safe certification is an asset.

Bartender

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
o Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to internal/external customers
o Utilize techniques to sell and promote the food and liquor menu
o Greet customers, and serve food and beverages
o Clear and reset Tables
o Ensure bar is fully stocked
o Maintain cleanliness of the bar
o Ensuring safe alcohol consumption with guests

o Practice procedures for receipt, storage, variance and spillage of liquor, wine, beer

KILMOREY LODGE -- Waterton Park
The Kilmorey Lodge and Aspen Village Inn offer full-time permanent employment on a yearly and seasonal (May until Labour Day and beyond) basis.
Some of the features we offer are extensive training, completion and performance bonuses, subsidized staff accommodations and meals and staff events.
The mountain environment offers many interesting activities including hiking, trail riding, boating, swimming and golf. Meeting and working with people from all parts of Canada gives you an opportunity to develop lifelong friendships. Adjoining Glacier National Park in Montana provides a unique international experience.
The following outlines the positions that we hire for and basic responsibilities.
Housekeeping - Cleaning guest rooms, public areas and laundry.
Food and Beverage Servers - Serving guests meals and beverages in a fine dining room and outdoor cafe.
Hostess - Greeting and seating people in our dining room
Busperson - Assist servers by cleaning and setting tables, serving water/coffee.
Dishwasher - Washing dishes using industrial dishwasher for dining room, lounge and kitchen
Front Desk - Telephone reservations and messages, greeting and checking guests in and out, daily bookkeeping and handling all guest needs. At the Kilmorey Lodge you will also be working a small lounge serving food and beverages.
Prep Cooks - Slicing/dicing, preparing vegetables, salads and desserts. May also work in outdoor cafe kitchen.
Saucier/Broiler Cooks - Pan and broiler work for preparation of meals for guests. Our items are prepared from scratch to provide the best experience possible.
Landscaping/Maintenance - First Impressions - Yard work for all properties i.e. cutting and tending lawns, flowers beds and helping with general care and building maintenance
We cross train as much as possible and work in an environment where teamwork and the ability to do is very important.
Wages vary depending on experience and position. Upon completion of contract a bonus is paid retroactive to the beginning of employment. This is only paid to those who stay through their contract date.
